What is going on?

What is the process called that captures the suns rays and changes glucose in the chloroplast which, provides food for the coffee beans to grow? 


What is called when the coffee beans are being sorted according to their size?













What is it called when the coffee bean changes from green to dark brown by the roaster (on right)?













Twenty-four bags, each containing twenty pounds of coffee are located on each pallet.  If there are fifteen pallets in the lot ready for transport, how many pounds of coffee will be delivered to the coffee shop?
